Federal Skilled Worker is one of the most popular immigration program and has been well known as one of the quickest, cheapest and easiest routes to settle into Canada. The FSW Program is for applicants who possess a high level of education and/or significant work experience that can be easily transferred to the Canadian labour market. The program uses a point system to assess candidates and is different from the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System). FSW applicants must have to obtain 67 points in order to qualify for the FSW Program and be eligible to participate in Express Entry.

Eligibility Criteria

• Have at least one year of continuous full-time or equivalent paid work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled occupation (skill level 0, A or B); OR
• Qualify for Arranged Employment in Canada with a LMIA and a full-time, permanent job offer from a Canadian employer; and
• Meet certain minimum language requirement in English or French
