The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program is for skilled immigrants and international student graduated who want to permanently live in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The federal government in collaboration with the governments of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island is planning to invite 2,000 newcomers and their families to the Atlantic region of Eastern Canada in 2017
The pilot program will focus on three programs, which are:
- Atlantic High-Skilled Program;
- Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program;
- Atlantic International Graduate Program
This is an employer driven program and you need a job offer. The best highlight of the program is no LMIA required and others criteria like education (high school), experience (1 year) and language (CLB4) are very low.
