The Start-Up Visa program is for an entrepreneur who has a unique business plan and able to secure funding and support from a Designated Angel Investor or Venture Capital Fund from Canada.

In order to qualify applicants are required to secure a minimum investment ($75,000 from Angel Investor or $200,000 from Venture Capital Fund) for their Canadian startup business from Canada. Applicants cannot invest their own money and must have to secure investment from either Angel Investor or from Venture Capital Fund.
