OINP Corporate Stream
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Corporate Stream helps and supports foreign established international corporations looking to expand into Ontario or buy an existing business.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- International corporation/company must be 3 years’ old
- Minimum investment of CAD $5 million in a new or existing business in Ontario;
- Create at least 5 new jobs for Canadian citizen/PR for each proposed key staff.
- 3 years relevant and proven management experience for key staff
- 2-year performance agreement
OINP Individual Investor (Entrepreneur) Stream
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Entrepreneur Stream is for an individual who are looking to implement a new business initiative or buy an existing business in Ontario.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum Net worth of CAD $800,000
- Minimum investment of CAD $500,000 with 33.3% ownership
- Create at least 2 new jobs for Canadian citizen/PR
- 3 years of related work experience in last 5 years
- 2-year performance agreement
