This Initial Consultation Agreement is for a one-time telephone consultation between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Pranav Kumar Shah (RCIC #R517240) and the client.

This booking is for a 30-minute consultation, which will be as per the conditions set out in the initial consultation agreement listed on our website/as below. The client agrees to pay the initial nonrefundable consultation fees for the one-time telephonic consultation services, as discussed during the phone call/social media/or on the website (www.parryimmigration.com).

We will review your current situation and goals during the meeting and advise you accordingly. You can also ask any questions you may have about your case and the application process. There are nearly 100 Canadian immigration programs. It is practically not possible for the consultant to be familiar and updated with all the requirements, criteria, changes, and updates at all times. You acknowledge that the advice given during this consultation does not constitute a continuing client/counsel relationship and is not to be relied upon in further proceedings. Final determination of eligibility, admissibility, or substantive issues may be made only upon submission of supporting documents and further payments as per the retainer. The advice provided is valid at the time it is given and is based on the information provided by you and your family members and the consideration of Pranav Kumar Shah.

The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for an analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees and costs.

Unfortunately, we do not have any provision for responding to follow-up questions once the consultation has been concluded. However, you may book another consultation at your convenience if necessary.

The consultant may also not be familiar with the regulatory requirements of different occupations for each province as this varies and it’s a vast subject that needs a detailed review. We are not licensed to practice in Quebec and hence can only offer very limited information related to QC Immigration programs.

Client Responsibility: The client must provide the RCIC with such factual information and documentation as are required to perform the consultation. The client must be accurate and honest and must inform RCIC of all information, even if negative or adverse, which might be relevant to the advice provided by RCIC in this matter. Failure to fully disclose all relevant information to RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC and may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the Client’s application or the retention of any status that Client may obtain.

Advice current on the date of consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC to the Client is based on the current Canadian immigration law and policy on the date of the consultation, where relevant. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of any subsequent application by the Client.

No guarantee of outcome: RCIC shall provide consulting services to the Client to the standard of a competent CICC member. RCIC does not guarantee that he will be able to assist the Client in meeting his or her business, education, employment, or immigration goals.

Confidentiality: RCIC is required to preserve the client’s confidences and secrets. This professional obligation encourages candid and complete communications between the Client and the RCIC. All information and documentation provided by the Client and reviewed by the RCIC will not be divulged to any third party other than the RCIC’s agents and employees without prior consent, except as law demands.

Please be advised that Pranav Kumar Shah, RCIC #R517240, is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is bound by its by-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

By paying the fee, the client agrees to read this initial consultation agreement and its clause and agree to its terms and conditions.
